I am so excited to tell you about this.
Husband made BLTAs the other night for the Superbowl, and we ended up with an extra half of an avocado. They obviously don't last super long so I was itching to use it. We had TONS of chips left over from the game last night, and were sick of guacamole, so I decided to play a little. Best. Decision. Ever.
1/2 Avocado, mashed
1/2 c Plain Organic Greek Yogurt
Mix it all up and serve it with your dipping food of choice.
You need about 5 seconds to make it, and it's gone in about the same length of time)
It was super yummy, but the best part: 25 calories per serving (according to Spark Recipes)
